Where you stand legally
- Contracting party
- The contract of sale is concluded with Dr. Eissing & Sohn Handel & Spedition KG in Rhede. German law applies.
- Statutory warranty
- As a consumer you have two years of statutory warranty, and it is owed by us.
- Right of withdrawal
- If you order as a consumer through this site, you may withdraw within fourteen days. For goods made to your measurements the right of withdrawal does not apply. That is stated on the product before you order.
- Invoice
- You receive an invoice from Germany, with VAT shown separately.
- Import
- Our own office prepares the freight documents and files the customs declaration.
We sell to companies and to private customers. If a factory requires a minimum order, it is stated on the product. Ask us before ordering for the documents you need in your case, for example the declaration of performance for a building product or the papers needed to register a vehicle.
Order in China and you get photos. We send someone there.
Jing He works for us in China, employed by Dr. Eissing & Sohn and not by an inspection agency. She visits the manufacturers unannounced and sees production as it runs. What a factory shows a visitor as a sample says little about the series.

How the goods reach you
- 1EnquiryYou write what you need. A sketch with dimensions is enough.
- 2QuoteWe ask the factories we know and calculate your price.
- 3Specification and productionWe settle dimensions and specification beforehand, with a drawing or a data sheet. While it is being made, Jing He is in the factory.
- 4DeliveryWe book the container and file the customs declaration. The goods go to the address you give us, building sites included.
