No one can pay through this website

Every product on this website is available on request. No price is shown, and there is no basket. The purchase button is switched off and says so. You cannot order anything here and you cannot pay for anything. We also accept no payment details on this website, neither an account number nor a card number.

How payment is agreed

You request a quote. We work out the figures for your enquiry and get back to you. What you pay, and by which route, we agree with you in the quote.

We have not so far published fixed payment terms that cover every order. For that reason none are given on this page. What applies to your order is set out in your quote.

What you will not find here

• A list of payment services. None is connected.
• A due date for payment or a deposit stated as a percentage. Both belong in the individual quote.
• Bank details. The next section says why.
• A date on which this will change. We do not name one that we do not know.

Our account details are not on this page

We do not publish our bank details here. You receive them in a quote or in an invoice from us.

There is a reason for that, and it protects you. Anyone who finds our account number online can use it to forge invoices in our name. If the account details on a demand for payment differ from those in your quote, do not pay. Ask us first, at the email address and the postal address given in the legal notice (Impressum).

If this changes

As soon as payment through the website is possible, this page will say which payment methods there are and when your payment falls due. The same information will then appear at the start of the ordering process, before you enter anything. Until then, what is set out above applies.
