Every delivery is agreed individually

We import goods from China. What a shipment costs and when it arrives depends on the goods, the quantity, the weight and the place of delivery. The route it travels also plays a part. For that reason we set out freight and delivery date for each enquiry separately in the quote.

No one can place an order through our website. Every product in our catalogue is listed on request and without a price. When you send us an enquiry, we reply with a quote. It states the price, the freight and the delivery date.

Before the quote we make no commitment on delivery.

What this page does not tell you

You will not find a delivery time here, nor shipping costs, shipping classes or figures for customs duty and import charges. At present we have no fixed shipping terms that would fit every shipment.

Freight and delivery date depend on the individual case. We state them as soon as we have calculated them for your shipment.

Who looks after the shipment in China

We import from China and trade in the goods. In China our logistics agent carries out the logistics. If you would like to know how far along your shipment is, write to info@eissing-sohn.de.
