Fully Hydraulic Core Drill Rig HW-YDX-1000GL
Fully hydraulic crawler rig for geological exploration and core sampling. Drilling depth reaches 1100 m, and the feed stroke measures 3500 mm.
The rotary head delivers 1000 to 3500 N·m and turns at up to 1300 rpm. Drilling runs in HTW, NTW and BTW sizes, at angles between 45 and 90 degrees. The ground-contact mast is built in one piece, lifts 30 t and pushes down with 15 t.
A turbocharged Cummins engine delivers 154 kW. The hydraulic system works at 28 MPa and 300 L/min and is cooled by air and water. The winch holds 1000 m of rope. The rig travels at 3.5 km/h, by hand or by radio remote, at a machine weight of 7.5 t.
