Fully Hydraulic Core Drill Rig HW-YDX-600GL
92 kW of engine output at 5.5 t machine weight, drilling to 650 m. The rotary head delivers 450 to 1000 N·m, and the winch holds 600 m of rope.
The mast lifts 16 t and pushes down with 8 t, with a feed stroke of 1900 mm. Drilling runs in HTW, NTW and BTW sizes, at angles from 45 to 90 degrees. The hydraulic system works at 21 MPa and 192 L/min.
The Bw-90 mud pump delivers 30 to 90 L/min at 4 to 7 MPa. The rig travels at 3.5 km/h and climbs gradients up to 45 degrees. Outside dimensions are 4000 × 2000 × 1800 mm.
