Fully Hydraulic Core Drill Rig HW-YDX-800SGL
Up to 1000 m of drilling depth at 6.5 t machine weight. The rotary head delivers 950 to 1300 N·m, the feed a stroke of 2400 mm.
Compared with the next smaller rig in the series, working pressure rises to 25 MPa and flow to 260 L/min. The mast lifts 24 t and pushes down with 12 t. The turbocharged Yuchai engine delivers 92 kW.
Drilling runs in HTW, NTW and BTW sizes, at angles from 45 to 90 degrees. The winch holds 800 m of rope, and the Bw-90 mud pump delivers 90 to 180 L/min. Outside dimensions are 5500 × 2100 × 2000 mm.
