Crawler Pile Driver HWL300R to HWL600R
Crawler-mounted pile driver for the posts of ground-mounted solar plants, in four sizes for piles from 3 to 6 m. The hydraulic hammer delivers 1800 J per blow, and total weight runs from 7500 to 7800 kg.
The four sizes differ in slide stroke and therefore in pile length. The HWL300R offers 3100 mm, the HWL600R 6100 mm. The mast slide swings 15 degrees to the left and 15 degrees to the right.
The diesel engine delivers 85 kW at 375 N·m, and the hydraulics run at 19 MPa and 230 l/min. Tail swing radius is 2030 mm, ground clearance 290 mm. The undercarriage climbs gradients up to 25 degrees. Transport length grows with the size from 4800 to 7800 mm, while width stays at 1980 mm and height at 2900 mm.
