Pneumatic Drill Rig HQZ400L
The largest rig in the series reaches 400 m of drilling depth. Rated output is 110 kW and lifting capacity 25 t, with a tower of either 3 m or 6 m.
The rig runs on steel tracks and drills at diameters from 130 to 325 mm. Working pressure reaches 3.5 MPa, and air consumption runs between 17 and 35 m³/min. Torque reaches 9000 N·m.
With the short tower the machine weighs 8000 kg and feeds 3.6 m in one pass, with the long tower 10000 kg and 6.6 m. Drill rods are heavier than on the smaller rigs as well: 89 to 108 mm with the 3 m tower, 102 to 114 mm with the 6 m tower.
