Expandable Container House 20FT
Delivered at 20 ft dimensions and expanded on site to 38.4 square metres. Wall panels of 50, 75 or 100 millimetres, with electrical installation and bathroom fitted at the works.
Folded, the house measures 5900 by 2200 millimetres and fits the envelope of a 20 ft container. Expanded, it is 6540 millimetres wide. That gives 38.4 square metres of floor area, carried by a hot galvanized steel structure of 3 millimetres wall thickness with four corner castings.
The wall panel is available with EPS, rock wool or PU, each in three thicknesses. Distribution box, lights, switches and sockets are installed at the works; the bathroom comes as premium, as standard or to customer specification. A covered terrace with railing and steps runs along the long side. The catalogue shows twelve versions.
