Expandable Folding House with Large Terrace
A covered terrace with posts and railing runs along the entire long side. The building itself measures 5.9 by 6.54 metres when expanded.
Folded, the width stays at 2200 millimetres and the height at 2530. The build matches the other expandable versions: hot galvanized steel structure of 3 millimetres, sandwich panels of 50, 75 or 100 millimetres, floor of 18 millimetre fireproof panel.
Distribution box, lights, switches and sockets are fitted at the works. The floor carries 250 kilograms per square metre. For wind the catalogue states level 11, for earthquake level 8.
