Flat Pack Container House Standard house
Delivered knocked down and bolted together on site, standard size 6055 by 2990 by 2896 millimetres. Insulation is 100 millimetres of glass wool felt, fire performance class A non-combustible.
The parts are joined with M12 x 40 high strength bolts. Galvanized floor and roof frame beams and the columns are 2.3 millimetres thick each, with a zinc coating of 80 grams. A polyester finish sits over the galvanizing.
The catalogue states a wind load of 0.50 kN/m², earthquake resistance level 8 and sound insulation of at least 30 decibels. The entrance door is steel with a stainless steel lock; the external windows are insulating glazed, with anti-theft grille and insect screen. In the illustrations the units are stacked into two-storey assemblies with an external staircase.
