Folding Container House with Kitchen and Bath 20FT/40FT
A living or office unit that is expanded sideways on site, in 20FT and 40FT. Kitchen, bathroom with shower and WC, and the electrical installation come from the works.
Folded, the 20FT unit measures 2200 millimetres across, the 40FT unit 2260. Expanded, they are 6520 and 6420 millimetres respectively. The body frame is galvanized square tube of 3.0 millimetres wall thickness; the floor is inorganic, non-combustible material with a PVC covering.
The internal layout can be chosen, including a single open room with no partitions. Up to three storeys can be stacked. Several units combine into a larger building. The wiring follows Australian standard, with 24 watt LED lights and industrial plugs of 15 amperes on the 20FT and 32 amperes on the 40FT.
