Dynamic focusing keeps the focal point on the surface even where that surface rises or falls. Cones and slopes can therefore be marked, as can stepped parts. The wavelength is 1064 nm and the line width lies between 0.01 and 0.1 mm.

The version with the F10 galvanometer covers 50 to 100 W and marks within a field of at most 200 x 200 mm. It weighs 55 kg. The version with the F20 galvanometer goes up to 200 W and works 200 mm deep along the Z axis; it also handles surface embossing, welding, scribing, texturing and paint removal.
