This hematology analyzer uses the classic electrical impedance method together with photoelectric colorimetry. Venous blood requires 6 µl, pre-diluted capillary blood 20 µl.

Counting follows the electrical impedance principle, with photoelectric colorimetry added. Six microlitres are enough from the vein, 20 µl pre-diluted from the capillary. Operation needs no more than two reagents, a diluent and a lyse reagent.

Memory holds 10,000 results. The instrument is operated through a 10.4 inch resistive screen.
