Measurement uses polarized scattered light from several angles. Five types of white blood cells are separated in a single channel, and no staining is required.

The report lists 28 parameters, among them WBC, RBC, PLT, MCV and HGB. Two scatter plots and two histograms come with it. Whole blood and diluted samples are both possible.
