Real-Time PCR System MTPCR-Q96
Quantitative PCR with up to six fluorescence channels, multiplex included. The optical scanning system keeps crosstalk between colour channels low, so ROX correction is not needed.
Six channels allow several targets to be measured in one reaction. The optical scanning system has been newly laid out and reduces crosstalk between the dyes. ROX correction can be dispensed with.
