Wheelchair elevator without machine room
This wheelchair elevator serves a few floors and comes with an access ramp. No conventional machine room is needed, and an ordinary 220 V supply is enough.
The drive works under microprocessor control and needs no industrial power connection of its own. Safety features include thermal protection, a car position switch, emergency stop, a safety gear, an overspeed governor and a door contact.
If the power fails, an uninterruptible power supply frees anyone trapped inside. Accessories available are automatic rescue device (ARD) levelling, an emergency telephone, a light curtain and a through-loading door.
