Bladder Scanner BProbe-2
Handheld unit that measures the volume of urine in the bladder by ultrasound and reads it out in millilitres. Scan and evaluation together take under two seconds, and images are transmitted without a cable.
The scanner sits in one hand. An array probe scans the bladder in 4D, the unit computes the volume from that and gives it in millilitres. Less than two seconds pass between placing the probe and the reading.
Images are transmitted without a cable, and the display runs at ten frames per second. Power comes from a high-capacity lithium battery.
