Flow Cytometer MT10
Analyser for peripheral blood that distinguishes cells by scattered light and fluorescence. Red cells and platelets are separated, and among the white cells it distinguishes three populations.
In peripheral blood the device separates red cells from platelets. Among the white cells it distinguishes lymphocytes, monocytes and granulocytes.
Figures are given for the optics. Fluorescence linearity reaches at least 0.98, the half-peak CV stays at or below 2.0 per cent, and forward scatter detects down to 1.0 µm.
