Nucleic Acid Extraction System MTTE-NE48
Automated system that isolates nucleic acids from the sample using magnetic beads. 48 magnetic rods work at the same time, and a run takes 10 to 30 minutes.
It handles whole blood, serum, plasma, throat swabs and puncture fluid. The pipetting volume ranges from 20 to 1000 microlitres, and the unit is operated from a 9.2 inch screen.
With 48 magnetic rods, the throughput per run is fixed. How long a run takes depends on the batch and lies between 10 and 30 minutes.
