Storage system in a 20 foot container with 1.2 MWh of capacity and 500 kW of inverter power. Two grid versions are available: 480 V as 20C2H500K-NA and 400 V as 20C2H500K-EX.

The cells are lithium iron phosphate at 3.2 V and 280 Ah, wired into six strings in a 1P224S layout. On the DC side this gives a nominal 716.8 V within a range of 602 to 784 V. The inverter delivers 500 kW continuously and 550 kW at peak, with output THDi below 3 percent.

The electrical room and the battery room are separated so that heat from one does not reach the other. Cooling is by HVAC, fire suppression by NOVEC1230 or FM-200. Operation is foreseen from -20 to 40 degrees Celsius and the enclosure is rated IP54. Above 2000 m altitude the output has to be derated, with operation foreseen up to 3000 m.
