Prefabricated bathroom unit YL894
Self-contained bathroom unit measuring 1230 by 2050 mm in plan, with shower, toilet and washstand in one shell. Body and rear wall are tempered glass with safety film, and the interior height is 2100 mm.
The frame is aluminium alloy and the roof an aluminium ceiling panel. The shower screen is 6 mm tempered glass carrying the same safety film as the walls. The sliding door can be locked. A one-piece PVC tray sits beneath the tiles, and the floor drain keeps odours and blockages out.
The washstand holds a ceramic basin on a 500 by 460 mm countertop, together with a wooden vanity unit and a silver mirror. The tap has a copper body with a chrome-plated surface. A bathroom heater extracts air and heats, with the light built into the same housing. Supply lines are PPR and waste lines PVC; one switch and one socket sit inside.
